Your content is yours

You own everything you write in Lumo. Because it is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for keeping your own copies. Deleting the app deletes it permanently.

Not medical or psychological advice

Lumo offers affirmations and quotes for reflection and encouragement. It is not a medical device, a therapy service, or a substitute for professional care. If you are struggling with your mental health, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Quotations

Quotes are attributed to their authors to the best of our knowledge and are included for commentary and inspiration. If you believe an attribution is wrong, email us and we will correct it.

Acceptable use

Use Lumo lawfully. Do not use it to store or distribute content that is illegal or that infringes the rights of others.

No warranty

Lumo is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or that your data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything you would miss.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer of Lumo is not liable for any loss of data or other damages arising from the use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
