1. The app

Numbrush is a color-by-number coloring app for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it.

2. Purchases

Numbrush offers optional one-time purchases:

• Remove Ads - a one-time, non-consumable purchase that removes full-screen and app-open ads. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
• Hint packs - consumable purchases that add hints to your balance. Hints are stored on the device and are not transferred between devices.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Non-consumable purchases can be restored with Restore Purchases in Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue them directly.

3. Free content

The gallery is free to use. We may add optional paid content packs in the future; content that has been free will not be moved behind a paywall.

4. Artwork

All artwork in Numbrush is created by us. You may share images of pictures you have coloured. You may not extract, redistribute, or resell the artwork or the app's assets.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt to circumvent purchases or advertising in the app.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
