Welcome to TimeMap (the “App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and the developer of the App. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
TimeMap is a personal time-tracking and visualization tool. Its features include:
2.1 You need to register an account to use the cloud-sync features. Registration requires a valid email address and password.
2.2 You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not transfer or share your account with others. Any loss caused by your failure to safeguard the account is your sole responsibility.
2.3 You agree that the information provided during registration is accurate and current.
When using the App, you agree not to:
The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account upon discovering any such behavior.
4.1 All intellectual property rights in the App’s software, interface, text, icons, and content belong to the developer.
4.2 You retain ownership of the task records and other content you create in the App. The developer stores and processes such content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
5.1 The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time (lifetime) purchase to unlock Pro features. The subscription title, length, and price are clearly displayed on the in-app purchase screen and are based on the actual price in your App Store region.
5.2 Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
5.3 Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews and is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, unless auto-renewal is turned off beforehand. The renewal price and length match the plan you purchased.
5.4 Managing and Canceling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
5.5 Refunds: Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and refunds are subject to Apple’s policies. Please request refunds through Apple; the developer cannot process refunds for App Store purchases.
5.6 The one-time (lifetime) purchase is a permanent unlock and does not auto-renew or incur recurring charges.
5.1 The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to availability, accuracy, or completeness.
5.2 The developer is not liable for service interruptions or data loss due to force majeure, network failures, device failures, or issues with third-party services (such as Supabase). Please periodically back up your important data using the in-app export feature.
5.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
6.1 The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part or all of the App’s services at any time.
6.2 You may stop using the App at any time. To delete your account, contact the developer at the email below.
The developer may modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page and take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court at the developer’s location.
