These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DualCam iOS application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Subject to these Terms, the developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DualCam on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the App Store's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
The App, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the App to you. You retain full ownership of the video and audio content that you record with the App.
You are solely responsible for the content you create with DualCam and for how you use it. Recordings are stored on your device; the developer neither hosts, monitors, nor has access to your content.
You agree not to use the App to:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recordings will always be captured or saved without fault. You are responsible for backing up any content you wish to keep.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App. This includes any loss of recordings, including those lost when the App is deleted from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
DualCam is distributed worldwide through the Apple App Store. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, where the developer resides, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights granted to you by the laws of your own country or region of residence, which continue to apply.
