Support and Purchase Help

Find recordings: open the app's media library. Captures are not automatically added to Photos; open a recording and choose Save to Photos or Share.
Pro access: open DualCam Pro from Settings. Restore Purchases uses the Apple Account that made the purchase and may require a network connection or authentication.
Manage subscriptions: use the in-app subscription-management link or iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. A lifetime purchase does not cancel an existing subscription.
Keep your media: export important recordings before deleting the app. Pro expiration does not block access to recordings already in the app library.
Compatibility: simultaneous front/rear capture requires a supported iPhone. Available cameras and quality vary with hardware, temperature, and system conditions.
