1. Acceptance

By downloading or using TrailCam, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

TrailCam is an outdoor activity tracking app. Features include: GPS route recording, activity statistics, media capture (video/audio/photo), data export, and optional cloud sync.

3. Account

• You must be 13 or older to create an account
• Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Use the app in a way that endangers yourself or others

5. Your Content

Your recorded data (routes, media) belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store and sync it for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Subscriptions & Purchases

• Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled according to Apple’s refund policy
• Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 14 days

7. Referral Program

• Referral rewards (Pro days) are granted at our discretion
• We reserve the right to revoke rewards for abuse (self-referral, fake accounts, etc.)
• Referral program terms may change at any time

8. Disclaimer

• GPS accuracy varies by device and environment — do not rely solely on TrailCam for navigation
• Always follow local laws, trail regulations, and exercise safely
• TrailCam is not liable for accidents, injuries, or data loss

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrailCam’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by emailing dcjwf@qq.com
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
